Weather Advisory The public and small stock farmers are advised that the following can be expected: Intermittent rain and showers, heavy at times during this event. Snowfalls are likely over the Western Cape mountains and southern Namakwa. Very cold conditions where day-time temperatures falling below 10°C can be expected in places over the interior. Windy conditions will accompany the very cold and wet weather, which may lead to possible risks for vulnerable livestock and pets. High wave heights and strong winds can also be expected along the south coastal regions. The public and small stock farmers are advised to take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health of themselves and their animals during very cold, wet and windy days.The beach goers and vessels operators are also advised to take caution.
