Child Abduction Emergency issued June 12 at 9:14AM MDT by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM CAEEPZ THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is searching for missing child Kennedy Harrington, 6 years old, Black, Female. The missing child was last seen at 7:47 AM, on June 12, 2024 at 13100 Block of Beals Circle, San Antonio, TX. Police are looking for Deandre Harrington, 36 years old, Black, Male, in connection with the abduction of the child. The suspect has a tattoo of the letter P on wedding finger and a tattoo of the letter J on left leg. The suspect is believed to be driving a Dark Gray Chevrolet Impala or Chevrolet Malibu bearing an unknown TX license plate. The suspect was last seen in San Antonio, TX. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THE CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR IMMEDIATE DANGER. Hot temperatures of 98-101 for the Gila and Sacramento MOuntains Foothills below 7500 feet. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest New Mexico and southwest Texas. * WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned environments. Anyone overcome by heat should be moved to a cool and shaded location. Heat stroke is an emergency! Call 9 1 1.
